Third Floor: Bedroom w/ king (or could be changed to twins), full bath, "L" shaped family room with queen size sleeper sofa, cable TV/VCR, access to deck with views. No pets, no smoking. Limited to 8.  AVAILABILITY:  Starting Labor Day weekend for SPRING. Summer 2007 dates are booked!  Rates based on rentals by the week or weekend.  Weekend: Friday through Sunday; Holiday weekend Friday through Monday; Weekly rate based on Saturday to Saturday.
